Pia founded Puebla y Cia Insurance Brokers and the education consultancy ECG after working as a business manager in the Special Risks division of life insurer La Interamericana Vida. Joined InQuest as managing Partner in 2002. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and business coaching certifications from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and Newfield Consulting.
