LUZ MARÍA SILVA C. | ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Independent Consultant and part of the InQuest senior associate consultant team for the last 5 years. She has developed consultations in coaching programs for companies and private individuals, competences evaluation for executive and human resource management consultation, among others. Previously Luz María held high executive roles in human resources at Banco Santander and Mutual de Seguridad. She is a Psychologist graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Colombia) and has completed many specialization courses, as well as participating in a variety of seminars and workshops.
